Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate - London with hybrid working
Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
- Join thisgrowing team and help to build the practice
- A broad R&I role working with stakeholders in a broad range of situations such as investors lenders directors/individuals corporates and practitioners.
- Manage a varied caseload of high quality work (predominantly non-contentious) across a nationwide practice
- Close collaboration across practices such as Corporate Real Estate Finance
- 6 years PQE
- Strong technical skills and experience of leading transactional work
- Enthusiasm for business development with experience and capability of developing a national practice
