The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of leasehold property management ensuring regulatory compliance managing service charge budgets coordinating maintenance projects and building strong relationships with leaseholders clients contractors and resident management companies.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential blocks estates RMCs and RTM developments
• Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets and assisting with year-end accounts
• Coordinating maintenance repairs and major works projects
• Managing Section 20 consultation processes and contractor relationships
• Ensuring compliance with current leasehold legislation Building Safety and Fire Safety regulations
• Conducting site inspections overseeing risk assessments and maintaining accurate property records

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience managing leasehold residential properties and blocks
• Current Senior Property Manager experience or ready to step up from a Property Manager position
• Strong knowledge of service charge budgeting and financial management
• Understanding of Section 20 consultation procedures and relevant property legislation
• Experience managing high-rise or Higher Risk Buildings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload independently
• TPI qualification preferred or willingness to work towards a professional membership qualification
