The Senior Account Executiveis responsible forensuring flawless event activation execution from pre-production planning through on-site delivery and post-event reporting. You will work closely withthe Senior Account ManagerGlobal client and theirlocal markets venues and production partners to guarantee technical feasibility contractual compliance and operational excellence across festivals and club events.

This role requires international travel and hands-on on-site management.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidateand review all event documentation including floor plans venue layouts and production specifications

Validate activation zones spaceutilisation and technical requirements (power internet rigging access)

Identifyoperational constraints and production risks early

Support markets with activation mechanics and production feasibility recommendations

Review activation visuals to ensure technical feasibility and brand guideline & contractual compliance

Confirmoperationsalign with contractual rights and obligations

Produceproductionreadinesschecklist

Develop detailed day-by-day production schedules and timelines

Alignclientplans with venue& rightsholderoperatorsand local production partners

Confirm credentialingandaccess passes

Serve as primary on-site operational leadbetween the client production partners and rightsholders

Troubleshoot real-time issues and handle last-minute changes

Support content/photo approvals whererequired

Oversee dismantling and post-event wrap

WhatWereLooking For

Several years in event production live events or experiential marketing

Strongoperationalproduction knowledge

Experience managing festivals or large-scale live events

Proven ability to manage multiple markets eventsand overlapping timelines

Strong documentation and structured planning skills

Excellent stakeholder communication

Professionalism on-site

Highly proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable handling last-minute changes and unexpected challenges

Willingness to travel internationally
