About the role:

Were looking for an experienced Reward professional to join our HR team as a Reward Analyst in this role youll support the delivery of our reward and benefits programmes by providing clear high-quality analysis insights and data-led recommendations.

Youll play a key part in ensuring our reward decisions are informed by market data internal equity and accurate reporting while also spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance our overall reward offering.

About you:

Were looking for a detail-driven Reward professional demonstrating strong experience in a Reward Compensation or HR analytical role. Youll bring strong numerical and analytical skills with the confidence to interpret complex data and turn it into clear meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets youll have a natural eye for detail and a real focus on accuracy. Youll also be someone who can work independently manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter.
