As our RevOps Executive here at Ben youll own the systems that make our GTM engine run. HubSpot our sales tooling the reports that help Sales Marketing Customer and Partnerships make better calls. Youll keep the foundations strong and ship the workflows and automations that take manual work off the teams plate so everyone gets to spend their time on the highest impact stuff.

• Owning HubSpot: architecture workflows data hygiene reporting. Youre the person the GTM team comes to when something needs to work differently.

• Managing our sales tooling and processes: driving adoption onboarding new starters optimising whats working and replacing what isnt and driving process improvements (helping with territory planning commission plans etc.).

• Forecasting/pipeline reporting: pulling the data Sales and Marketing need for forecasting and pipeline reviews. Surfacing the gaps and flagging what looks off before it lands in a forecast call.

• AI & Automation: building the workflows and automations that take manual work off the GTM teams plate using a range of tooling to get the job done: n8n Make HubSpot-native Claude.

• Onboarding new joiners: helping all new commercial hires get up to speed on HubSpot and the sales stack.

• Hands-on building experience: a few years experience in a role where youve built/owned systems reporting and/or owned a piece of GTM infrastructure. Could be RevOps Sales Ops a BDR with builder tendencies junior analyst ops associate at a startup or a path we havent listed here. What matters is youve shipped things and have the builder mentality.

• Hands-on HubSpot experience (or with similar tooling): youve built workflows cleaned data and you can find your way around without a manual.

• Comfortable with data: spreadsheet fluency is the floor SQL is a strong bonus. You can pull what you need and spot when a numbers off.

• You ship things with AI tools: Claude ChatGPT n8n Make Zapier any combination. You have proven experience of building something that works and you can walk us through how you built it.

• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills: you are comfortable working alongside Sales Marketing and Customer teams. Youll be servicing multiple teams data needs and partnering with them to set them all up for success.

• SQL or Python experience

• Hands-on experience/exposure with Gong Salesloft or similar tooling.

• Experience in a scaling B2B SaaS business

• Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable

• If you like maintaining the status-quo and arent willing to think outside the box

• If you like a lot of structure and processes we are a start-up and are still working things out and we dont always know whats next

• Are not comfortable with ambiguity we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out

• Wait for others to step up or to be told what to do. We are a high-performance and high-reward work place and are looking for people who are proactive

Most companies are still figuring out what RevOps looks like when AI agents handle half of what the role used to be. Ben is past that conversation. Our last RevOps person was already building agents and shipping automations across the GTM stack and we want someone to pick up that pace.

Youll have a remit that spans across several teams working with everyone from our outbound sales teams to our founders. For someone earlier in their career who wants to work with us to build a GTM system this is really special opportunity!
