Part-Time Store Supervisor

Are you a dynamic and experienced retail professional looking for a part-time supervisory role Join our team at our Manchester Trafford store as a Part-Time Store Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations and maintain store standards
Ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner
Open and close the store
Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns
Manage sales targets and monitor inventory levels
Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
Conduct staff training and development

Requirements:

Previous retail experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

This role is 20 hours per week paying 13.10 per hour.
