Job Title: Childrens Residential Support Worker
Location: East Lancashire / Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to 40896.00 per annum
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full Time including evenings weekends and sleep-ins
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: Required (enhanced payment included within advertised salary)
Service: Childrens Residential Home
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Experience Required: Experience supporting children and young people is desirable. A genuine passion for working with children is essential.
The Home:
Our client is looking for caring resilient and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join their therapeutic childrens residential homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to help children and young people who have experienced trauma build brighter futures within a safe stable and nurturing environment.
Working as part of a supportive team you will provide day-to-day care encourage independence and help children achieve positive outcomes while contributing to a home striving for Good and Outstanding Ofsted standards.

You will be:
Caring patient and emotionally resilient.

A strong team player with good communication skills.
Flexible to work a rota including evenings weekends and sleep-ins.
Experience supporting children or young people is desirable but not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
