Youll be supporting one young person with everyday life including:

• Helping with morning and evening routines

• Encouraging hobbies education and independence

• Recording important information and working as part of a team

Every day is different.

You are not expected to know everything on day one.

Youll never be expected to learn alone.

Our client is opening a brand-new solo childrens home in Saddleworth (Oldham).

Rather than supporting several young people at once youll work with one young person allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide consistent support.

The home follows a therapeutic approach based on:

• Trauma-informed care
• Relationship-led practice
• DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy)
• PACE (Playfulness Acceptance Curiosity and Empathy)

The aim is simple:

To provide one young person with the stability care and consistency they need to thrive.

Supporting children who have experienced trauma can be emotionally demanding.

Thats why our client invests heavily in supporting their staff.

Youll have access to:

• A dedicated Adult Psychotherapist
• Fortnightly reflective practice sessions
• Clinical guidance
• Emotional wellbeing support
• Ongoing coaching and development
