Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Home
Location: Thorne Doncaster

Salary: Up to 55000 per annum annual bonus structure
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) with wider organisational experience supporting SEMH Autism and Learning Disabilities
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare - Enrolled on or Completed
Experience Required: Previous experience managing an Ofsted childrens home

The Home:
Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an existing 4-bed childrens home in Thorne supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an established service offering the opportunity to take ownership of a functioning home while continuing to drive high standards of care and outcomes.

We are seeking a resilient passionate and experienced Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience managing an Ofsted childrens home
A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
A positive hands-on and solution-focused approach
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
Confidence in managing referrals compliance safeguarding and operational performance
