Qualifications Required: Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential) Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred or willingness to enrol within 6 months)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in childrens residential care including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
Working Hours: Full-time Days On Call

Who We Are Looking For:
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the home including safeguarding compliance team development care planning quality assurance and ensuring the home consistently delivers high standards of care in line with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills a child-centred approach and the ability to create a positive and nurturing culture for both young people and staff.

Essential Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification
Experience working within an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home
Minimum 2 years residential childcare experience
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience within the last 5 years
Knowledge of Quality Standards SCCIF and childcare legislation
Strong leadership organisation and communication skills
Experience supporting children with emotional behavioural and social difficulties
