Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Bacup
Salary: 51500 - 60000 per year 7500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: EBD ages 817 years
Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce plus QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to work towards this qualification)
Number of beds: 4
Who we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in childrens residential care management
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
- A full UK driving licence
