Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Home (also open to an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up)
Location: Sway Lymington
Salary: 55000 per year
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full-time
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: 2 children with complex emotional needs
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience Required: Solid experience within residential childrens homes including managing or deputising in a registered home

Who we are looking for: An experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy ready to take the next step who wants to lead a small calm child-centred home and genuinely change young lives. Youll need a strong working knowledge of the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards a natural ability to lead motivate and develop a team excellent communication organisation and decision-making skills and a full UK driving licence. Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and delivering therapeutic models such as PACE/DDP would be desirable.
