Job Title: Childrens Home Registered Manager

Salary: Up to 52500 per annum DOE 5000 Welcome Bonus 5000 Annual Quality Bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (or equivalent) or willingness to commence within the first six months
Experience Required: Proven track record of successfully working with vulnerable children and young people. Comprehensive understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework for Registered Childrens Homes.

Who we are looking for:
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new childrens home in Gloucester.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up creating a safe nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people who are making sense of adverse childhood experiences.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a stable motivated team ensuring consistently high standards of care and safeguarding. They will be a strong advocate for young people ensuring their voices are central to all decision-making and care planning.
You will have excellent attention to detail a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to balance a hands-on management style with creativity innovation and a positive solution-focused approach.
