The Role
We are seeking a dedicated organised and peoplefocused Recruitment & Development Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic frontfacing role that plays a key part in attracting supporting and developing the people who work within our care services.
Youll work closely with candidates care leaders and colleagues across HR and operations. Youll need to be confident building and maintaining relationships highly organised with excellent time management and naturally inquisitive - keen to understand processes improve ways of working and support people through their journey with Timeout.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment enjoys working with people and is aligned to delivering outcomes for children through meaningful behindthescenes work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate endtoend recruitment processes ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers colleagues and candidates
- Manage preemployment checks and onboarding in line with Safer Recruitment standards
- Maintain accurate recruitment training and personnel records
- Support induction training compliance and development tracking
- Liaise with managers to progress outstanding actions and priorities
- Prepare and organise documentation for audits inspections and reviews
- Provide flexible administrative support across recruitment development and people processes

What Were Looking For
- Previous administrative experience ideally within recruitment HR or a peoplefocused role
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident communicator with a friendly professional and relationshipled approach
- High attention to detail and confidence using IT systems and databases
- A strong team player who is dependable proactive and inquisitive
- Alignment with our organisational purpose and values
- A genuine interest in people development and creating positive experiences for colleagues and candidates
