Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
Rates: 350-400 ( OUTSIDE IR35 )
Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Attending client meetings tracking early warnings and cost adjustment claims.
- Coordinate with engineering design and client teams to obtain project information and resolve issues.
- Support the Lead Contract Manager in identifying opportunities to recover entitlement and common pot claims.
- Monitor milestones assess programme slippage and report impacts affecting project delivery.
- Evaluate claims benchmark rates and prices and assess impacts on labour and equipment entitlements.
Your Background:
- Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent subcontract coordination and management skills.
- Experience with standard and bespoke contracts.
Please note: Driver Licence and vehicle mandatory to travel to sites Wrenhall and will be covered (travel and accommodation)
