- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Schedule: MondayFriday
- Shift Rotation:Week 1: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Week 2: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (4:00 PM finish on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities
- Quality testing Conduct testing adjustment and approval of finished product batches and incoming raw materials.
- Laboratory operations Maintain accurate batch records retained samples and ensure a clean safe and compliant laboratory environment.
- Smallscale production Produce smallscale batches to support product development and customer trials.
- Water quality monitoring Monitor and record quality in line with safety and compliance requirements.
- Material handling Oversee the safe handling and transfer of materials used in production processes.
- Equipment calibration Calibrate laboratory test equipment and accurately document all results.
Skills & Competencies
- 2 - 3 years experience understanding laboratory testing procedures and operation of test equipment
- Strong communication abilities with excellent organisational discipline.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and record observations clearly.
- Understanding of safe operating procedures for lab equipment and mixers.
- Competent in watertesting principles and accurate use of electronic scales.
- Awareness of safe wastedisposal methods and willingness to obtain a forklift licence if required.
- Familiarity with product development processes and understanding of calibration procedures and documentation.
