Who are we looking for

As Project Controller you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in class retail will contribute to the project life cycle to deliver excellent levels of service provide a
seamless customer experience achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on
the environment

What youll do:

• Support the delivery of projects ensuring timelines budgets and objectives are met.
• Raise purchase orders track project costs and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics transport inventory and project materials.
• Schedule and support field teams including briefings training and H&S requirements.
• Set up and maintain project systems and documentation.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and help resolve issues.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets client and project standards.
• Communicate project updates and build strong relationships with clients suppliers and colleagues.
  

What youll need:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel etc.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Experience working in an administrative role preferable
• GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
• Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
