Who are we looking for
As Project Controller you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in class retail will contribute to the project life cycle to deliver excellent levels of service provide a
seamless customer experience achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on
the environment
What youll do:
- Support the delivery of projects ensuring timelines budgets and objectives are met.
- Raise purchase orders track project costs and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate logistics transport inventory and project materials.
- Schedule and support field teams including briefings training and H&S requirements.
- Set up and maintain project systems and documentation.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and help resolve issues.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets client and project standards.
- Communicate project updates and build strong relationships with clients suppliers and colleagues.
What youll need:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel etc.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in an administrative role preferable
- GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
- Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
