Were hiring a Procurement Manager as part of our team based from our London office.

Purpose of the Role

The exciting role will involve taking individual ownership for identifying cost-saving and value-add opportunities as well as driving efficiencies across various Enterprise Technology Procurement categories. The role will require collaboration at a global level interacting with a diverse network of colleagues and third party service providers.

Within dentsu Global Functions Procurement our focus is to deliver value for money through commercially robust agreements and to enable business improvements and efficiencies via supplier sourcing and relationship management.

The role will require applying strategic sourcing methodology and supplier/stakeholder management principles to deliver savings and service improvements in line with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownershipof selectedspendover an arrayofcategories whichwill include software cloud managed serviceprovidersand others asrequired.

  • Development ofglobal frameworks withfavourableand robust global or multi-entitycontractual termscontributing to the evolution ofourcentral andlocally ledagreements.

  • Running RFx and competitive sourcing exercises for high-value high-risk projects;implementing global ratecards where possibleandincorporatingrequirements from Legal andDataPrivacy Security Assurance Vendor DueDiligenceand other internal SMEteamsas needed.

  • Expected line management responsibility likely to be of one Procurement Specialist.

  • Balancingmultiple initiatives concurrently and addressingin order of businesscriticalitywhilestilldriving progress andmaintainingcommunication with stakeholderson all engagements.

  • Using excellent interpersonal skills to collaboratewith internal business leaders including Global Regional & C-Level Executives todemonstrateanddeliver value-add Procurement solutions.

Key Skills

  • Substantial Procurement experiencemanagingtechnology spendcategories

  • Strong understanding ofdifferent software cloud and AI commercial modelsand demonstrable experience of negotiating theseinclusive of mitigating risks anddrivingcommercially sound outcomesinto contracts

  • Strong experience negotiating global or multi-country contracts

  • End to end knowledgeofthirdpartyvendor engagement for a large multi-national organisationwithdemonstrateddelivery against the strategic sourcing process

  • Line management experience

What we offer

This is a Permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
