Reading Town Centre Full-Time Office-Based 35000 - 50000 Uncapped Commission (up to 20%)

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter ready to take the lead and build something of your own

This is a rare opportunity to spearhead the permanent recruitment division within a well-established niche technical recruitment business. With a thriving contracts offering already in place were now looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to lead and grow the permanent engineering desk specialising in Electrical or Software Engineering.

Youll be joining a company with a strong reputation in the engineering sector excellent market relationships and a genuine appetite to invest in the right person to build a high-performing perm function.

The Role

• Take full ownership of the permanent recruitment desk in Electrical or Software Engineering.

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a growth strategy for perm hires.

• Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones within the engineering space.

• Run a full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate delivery.

• Identify and build out niche verticals with the potential to scale.

• Act as the go-to person for all things permanent recruitment in your specialism.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within engineering or technical recruitment.

• Deep knowledge of either the Electrical or Software Engineering market.

• Confidence to work autonomously and take a lead role in building a perm offering.

• Commercially driven target-focused and passionate about delivering quality service.

• Ambition to build and lead a team as the function grows.
