What to expect

As a Performance & Transformation Specialist you will join us on our journey and undertake an influential role by supporting the Head of Continuous Improvement and the extended Retail leadership team in following best practice across Revenue and Retail.

The Performance & Transformation Specialist is a key supporting role within the Retail Continuous Improvement team responsible for coordinating activity tracking delivery and providing performance insight to support the effective operation of the Continuous Improvement function. Acting as a central point of coordination the role supports the Head of Continuous Improvement by ensuring improvement activity is planned tracked and governed effectively with clear visibility of priorities progress risks and role operates as a mini businesssupport role for the Retail function enabling pace discipline and transparency across Retail improvement activity. It does not own delivery or strategy but plays a critical role in enabling others to deliver effectively

What youll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will require demonstrable experience in administration within continuous/process improvement operational performance or addition you will need:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience producing reports trackers or management information.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • Experience using data to create and deliver presentations to Senior Leadership.
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative discipline
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers colleagues and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Applied expertise across relevant tools systems and procedures to achieve business results whilst demonstrating drive towards continuous improvement.
