What to expect

The Performance & Transformation Specialist is a key supporting role within the Retail Continuous Improvement team responsible for coordinating activity tracking delivery facilitating effective governance and providing performance insight to support the operation of the Continuous Improvement function. Acting as a central point of coordination the role supports the Head of Continuous Improvement by ensuring improvement activity is planned tracked and governed effectively with clear visibility of priorities progress risks and dependencies. The role is also responsible for coordinating leadership and project meetings preparing agendas and materials capturing actions and decisions and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain momentum and accountability. The role operates as a business support function for Retail enabling pace discipline and transparency across improvement activity.

What youll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will require demonstrable experience in administration within continuous/process improvement or operational addition you will need:

  • Experience coordinating meetings preparing agendas capturing actions and decisions and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor actions track progress maintain and manage momentum across multiple initiatives.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels across different teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to create impactful presentations and insights for Senior Leadership teams.
  • High attention to detail supported by strong administrative discipline and governance practices.
  • A track record of collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to support the delivery of business objectives and functional strategies.
  • Proficiency in relevant business tools systems and processes with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence
