Job Summary
Performance & Data Team Manager (Secondment 12 Months)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual to lead our Performance & Data team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role and play a central part in shaping how data and performance information supports decision-making across the organisation.
About the Role
As Performance & Data Team Manager you will lead the delivery of high-quality performance reporting analysis and insight. You will ensure that data is accurate accessible and used effectively to understand performance identify risks and opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders and services you will help translate complex information into clear actionable insight while fostering a strong culture of data-driven decision-making. You will also provide leadership and support to the team ensuring priorities are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
This position will be subject to a basic criminal record disclosure check.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in performance data or business intelligence work
- A strong analytical thinker with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly
- Confident in communicating insights to a range of audiences including senior stakeholders
- Able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across services
- Motivated to lead and develop a team with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- This role is ideal for someone ready to step up into management or further develop their leadership experience within a supportive environment.
