A vacancy has arisen for a Sqn Ldr Any Profession to serve as OC Logs Flt on 611 Part Time Volunteer Reserve (PTVR) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 01 October OC Logistics Flight responsible to OC 611 Sqn for:
- Overseeing career progression and training opportunities for PTVR logisticians
- Ensuring logisticians are SQEP to fulfil taskings and mobilisations
- Direct line management and mentorship of 2IC Logistics Flight
- Performing reporting officer duties for personnel in Logistics Flight
- Providing logistics advice to other 611 Sqn personnel
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Defence logistics policy
- Responsible for global awareness of logistics IOT harness opportunities and stay current and aware in developing projects and changes
- Responsible for visionary action with regards to future improvements and development of increased numbers within the logs arena
