What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or aboveessential
Previous experience as a Nursery Manageressential
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Confident communication skills with the ability to support staff and build relationships with families
Passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care
Experience within a Montessori or child-led environment desirable

Maintaining a positive and engaging nursery environment
