Play a crucial role in our community-focused team emphasising a customer-centred approach. Apply strong communication skills to facilitate strength based First Conversations empowering customers to live independently and guiding them to essential services. Responsibilities encompass screening safeguarding referrals reviewing incoming referrals and processing them with thorough risk assessments.

To qualify for this role you will need a good understanding of the Safeguarding Process and Section 42 along with Social Work England registration.
