Salary: 48614 - 57190 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week flexible options considered

We have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Response Manager to join the team in the South region.

Your role will be focussed on managing our regional LiveSmart (Over 55s Housing) Team in the South area youll be responsible for ensuring that all contractors for our Over 55s Housing schemes are running smoothly. Youll liaise with other departments to identify and agree priorities for improvements; ensuring the team works collaboratively with other teams residents groups and external partners.

With your experience of team management youll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business. Youll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating. Youll have a strong track record of delivering results along with extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Maidstone Haywards Heath or Leatherhead.

Frequent travel across our region will be required on a weekly basis undertaking visits to schemes and the wider Clarion community as required as well as attending regular meetings at our office locations as required.

Applicants must be able to travel across the South region on a weekly basis this includes Kent Surrey and Sussex.
