Product Manager
Job Summary
This role is based in our Blackfriars London office.
Omdia is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager to join our Product and Platform teams in London.
In this role you will be instrumental in enhancing and evolving Omdias subscriber experience across both on-platform and off-platform channels. You will ensure alignment with business goals while delivering exceptional value to users. Your focus will include the following key areas:
- Translations and Geotargeting: Ensuring content is accessible localised and relevant to a global audience.
- Reporting and Customer Feedback: Driving data-driven decision-making through reporting tools and improving user satisfaction by incorporating customer feedback.
- AI Agents and Features: Developing and refining AI-driven tools such as the Search Assistant and Research Agents to deliver cutting-edge insights and functionality.
- Platform Integrations: Enhancing and expanding MCP server capabilities and API integrations to support partnerships and seamless user experiences.
As the Product Manager you will collaborate closely with data development engineers analytics teams and data scientists to bridge the gap between data science and product management. You will work within a cross-functional squad comprising developers QA and designers overseeing the lifecycle of client-facing data products. Your role will involve translating complex data capabilities into tangible business value ensuring features meet user needs and align with strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Manager ideally with a focus on user acquisition engagement and conversion.
- Good foundational understanding of AI technologies strategies and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers designers and data specialists.
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate trade-offs and secure buy-in.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
