You will own Career Bridge Foundations presence across Meta platforms Instagram Threads and Facebook. Each has a distinct format and audience and you will tune content for each. Instagram is our visual storytelling platform; Threads is our conversational testing ground; Facebook reaches an audience the other platforms dont particularly across African markets.
This is a visual storyteller role. You will design carousels write captions coordinate Reels with the TikTok Content Specialist for cross-posting and build a Meta presence that complements (rather than duplicates) what we do elsewhere.
What youll do
Produce 4 Instagram posts per week (carousels single-image posts Reels) plus daily Stories
Maintain an active Threads presence with conversational opinion-led posts
Maintain Facebook with content tuned to that audience (often longer-form less aspirational)
Develop a visual content system: templates design guidelines tone of voice across each Meta platform
Engage with the audience across all three platforms comments DMs mentions
Track and report weekly on engagement follower growth saves and shares
Coordinate with the TikTok Specialist on Reels (cross-posting strategy) and the LinkedIn Specialist on content repurposing
