What youll be doing
In this pivotal role youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring that our master data is accurate and up to date. You will report to insert managers name and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our data management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data within SAP ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical expertise and support for data-related queries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes.
- Supporting the creation of new/changed processes with training materials to capture the required information.
- Monitor adherence to data technical processes and KPIs.
- Support to the Data Team and cover of business-critical activities
- Proven experience in data management particularly within SAP.
- Strong technical expertise in systems testing and data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a similar role within the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools.
