The Role
As a Marketing Administrator you will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to deliver a wide range of marketing and communications activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing candidate and client mailer campaigns.
Monitoring inbound mailer responses and routing enquiries appropriately.
Maintaining the communications calendar.
Creating scheduling and publishing social media content using Canva and other scheduling platforms.
Updating the company website with new content blogs and team information.
Handling event registrations and logistics including confirming attendance dietary requirements and preparing materials for sponsored events.
Collating post-event feedback and producing summary reports.
Compiling and distributing weekly and monthly performance reports from social media and email analytics.
Supporting consultants with their communications schedules.
Managing the podcast recording calendar and coordinating schedules with guests.
Tracking tender portals and flagging relevant opportunities.
Providing general business support and administrative assistance across the marketing function.
The Person
To succeed in this Marketing Administrator role you will need:
Previous experience in a marketing communications or administrative support role.
Proficiency with Canva and confidence in creating engaging digital graphics.
Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. SendGrid Mailchimp or similar).
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive can-do attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Excellent written communication skills with a good eye for copy and content.
