Maintenance Electrician
Permanent Full Time
Salary 36814 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid door to door and Package
Ashington/Newcastle/Middlesborough/Sunderland/North East Coast
We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician
Role:
- You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works to historical buildings
- Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works installation alterations etc as well as some general building maintenance repairs
- You will be working mobile throughout the area.
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.
Person:
- You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent 17th or 18th edition
- You will have electrical maintenance experience on commercial sites and ideally some general building maintenance/fabric experience - ppm and reactive repairs
- Previous experience working with Pyro cable/MICC cable/MI cable etc
- You will live locally and happy with travel throughout the region and further when needed
- You must have a full uk driving licence
- Good IT skills
Package:
- Base salary 36814 inclusive of callout
- Vehicle and travel paid door to door
- Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
