An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Lobby Ambassador to join the Raffles London at the OWO.
You will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming guest experience within the Grand Lobby. This role requires a confident courteous and warm manner towards building strong relationships with our guests while being predominantly based in our Grand Lobby. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced ultra-luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional first impressions and service at all times.
Specifically as the Lobby Ambassador:
- Building meaningful relationships with our guests while creating a sense of place in our Grand Lobby.
- Providing a professional courteous and engaging service to guests whilst maintaining LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
- Taking a proactive approach to assisting guests with enquiries and directing concerns to the appropriate department when required.
- Assisting guests with requests and ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout their time at the hotel.
- Maintaining excellent organisation and professionalism in all daily responsibilities.
- Performance of additional duties as required or assigned including working in different departments than usually assigned.
Qualifications :

- A confident approach to building new relationships with guests
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A strong team player with a hands-on and proactive approach
- A willingness to learn about the hotel and its history and confidently share this knowledge with guests
- The ability to multitask whilst maintaining a polished and professional appearance in a fast-paced guest-facing environment
- An understanding of and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required; however this role will not include night coverage as standard
