Legal Technology Product Manager (Adoption)

Job Description

LegalTech Product & Adoption Manager opportunity with a leading international law firm has arisen with a particular focus on supporting their Real Estate Practice Group.

This role sits at the heart of the firms LegalTech and innovation strategy helping drive stronger adoption of LegalTech platforms smarter workflows and more effective ways of working across the Real Estate team.

The role is based in London with hybrid working and is paying 75000 - 80000

As the LegalTech Product Manager you will be:

• Driving adoption and usage of LegalTech platforms across the Real Estate Practice Group
• Working closely with lawyers and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leading training sessions workshops and enablement activity to help teams embed LegalTech tools into day-to-day work.
• Supporting pilots rollouts and adoption of new LegalTech and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Using feedback and data to improve user experience and demonstrate value.
• Supporting client-facing innovation discussions pitches and LegalTech demonstrations.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has experience across LegalTech legal innovation change or transformation within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Brings a strong consultative approach and can build credibility with legal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Is comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Has strong communication stakeholder engagement and training skills.
• May come from a legal background with Real Estate experience being helpful but not essential.
• Is curious proactive and interested in how LegalTech and AI can improve legal workflows.
