The role

As aLead Planner youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll play a pivotal role on the Sizewell C programme one of the UKs largest and most important nuclear infrastructure projects. This is a highimpact position where your leadership and insight will shape how a complex multidiscipline project is planned coordinated and delivered.

Day-to-day youll be required to:

• Owning and maintaining the integrated project schedule ensuring alignment across all disciplines and workstreams
• Leading critical path analysis schedule risk assessments scenario planning and mitigation strategies
• Coordinating and mentoring planning engineers promoting consistent standards tools and reporting
• Producing and presenting highquality planning reports and forecasts to senior stakeholders
• Facilitating planning workshops and collaborative sessions with project teams partners and suppliers

This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Lead Planner

• Proven experience planning large complex projects or programmes
• Experience working in highly regulated environments such as nuclear energy defence infrastructure or rail
• Strong handson expertise using Primavera P6
• Experience leading coordinating or mentoring planning teams
• A proactive solutionsfocused approach to multidiscipline programme delivery

Qualifications for theLead Planner

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (desirable)
• Recognised project management qualification such as APM or equivalent demonstrable experience

Security Clearance
