Human Resources Intern
Job Summary
Join our HR team as an Intern for a 6-month placement and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support daily HR operations while contributing to key administrative activities and system-related projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and gain in-depth insight into the HR function. Main responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations
- Manage and update employee data in HR systems
- Support the implementation of new HR platforms
- Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of HR records
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee management
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and team initiatives
Qualifications :
- Be pursuing a Bachelors degree or a Business School degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Seek a first professional experience in HR
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Show discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
