HR Generalist (Projects 3 months FTC)

Were looking for an HR Generalist with a strong HR background and a passion for improving how things work. If you thrive on reviewing processes spotting opportunities for efficiency and helping build a more seamless employee journey this is your chance to make a real impact and join the team on an initial 3 months fixed term contract with a potential to a permanent opportunity.

What youll be doing

• Leading and supporting HR process review projects across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Mapping analysing and redesigning HR workflows to improve efficiency consistency and compliance.
• Working closely with the wider Group HR to understand pain points and translate them into practical solutions.
• Supporting the implementation of new HR tools systems and ways of working.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date userfriendly and aligned with best practice.

• Have a solid HR background with experience in HR operations generalist roles or HR project work.
• Have a genuine interest in process improvement problemsolving and making HR more efficient and employeecentric.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
• Have confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and influencing change.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing projects.
• Have experience with HR systems or process mapping tools is a bonus but not essential.
