Are you currently working within a hotel in a guest-facing role and looking to move into reservations or build a career within revenue and front office This could be the perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.
- Handle calls emails and online enquiries providing accurate information and promoting the hotels facilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability rates and guest requirements are correctly managed.
- You will maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments.
- Support in upselling rooms packages and additional services while delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint.
- Assist with group bookings and support wider administrative duties within the reservations function.
Requirements
A strong customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using hotel systems (PMS experience desirable).
A proactive and positive approach to work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in developing a career within reservations revenue or front office.
