For too long this industry has been left to get by on tools built for something else entirely general payment links informal trades and messy Discord DMs. We think creators deserve better than that.

Our mission To give every creator from solo freelancer to growing studio the financial infrastructure any established industry would treat as standard. Whether were rewriting code shipping new tooling or resolving a customer query we make sure were doing it as one team.

Tasks

As a Live Chat Agent for Kovix you will play a vital role in ensuring our users receive fast friendly and accurate support. You will be the face of Kovix to our community helping creators get the most out of the platform and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Respond to live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist users with account setup invoice creation and payment queries
• Guide users through all Kovix features
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
• Identify and troubleshoot common platform issues reported by users
• Maintain a positive welcoming tone that reflects our value
• Stay up to date with Kovix features updates and policies
• Gather user feedback and relay it to the wider team
• Create Help Centre articles

Requirements

Applicants should have fluent written English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a live chat environment. A reliable internet connection and a PC or laptop are essential. You should have a good understanding of Roblox and the creator community and be comfortable working independently as part of a remote team. The minimum age for this role is 16 years.

Previous experience in customer support or live chat is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with Kovix Google a helpdesk system or UK DPA (GDPR) principles would be an advantage though full guidance will be provided.
