About the role
As our Healthwise UK/Europe Executive youll lead the delivery and growth of our wellbeing programmeensuring our people can access impactful services events and initiatives that support both physical and mental health.
Youll design and implement wellbeing strategies aligned to business goals driving engagement across the region while ensuring strong operational governance budget management and performance tracking. Youll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed wellbeing into the employee experience continuously improving offerings through data insights feedback and market trends.
This is a highly visible role where youll shape a positive wellbeing culture build strong internal and external partnerships and ensure every employee has a consistent high-quality Healthwise experience.
About you
Youre a proactive and commercially aware wellbeing professional with a passion for creating meaningful impact at scale.
You bring:
- Proven experience in health & wellbeing HR or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence working with dataturning insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery
Youre adaptable forward-thinking and motivated by improving employee wellbeing while driving measurable business outcomes. Youre also comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment where collaboration and innovation are key.
