Guest Service Lead

Were searching for an exceptional Guest Services Lead to help us launch and deliver a world class front of house and hospitality experience at the brand new Birmingham offices of a world renown auditor.

In this hands on leadership role youll oversee the full client journeyfrom ground floor welcome through to meeting room coordination hospitality delivery and vending services. Youll inspire and guide a high performing team to deliver consistently outstanding service ensuring every client and guest enjoys a seamless memorable experience.

Youll play a key role in the mobilisation of a brand new site which is due to open in Autumn supporting recruitment pre opening activity change management for 2 existing team members and service design. 

Hours: 40 hours per week shifts between 7:30am-6pm Mon-Fri. Flexibility to support and oversee evening client events is essential.
Salary: 38000 per annum.

Qualifications :

• Proven leadership experience in a 5 star corporate hospitality or events environment
• A passion for exceptional service and operational excellence
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience in mobilisations pre openings and change management
• Confidence in delivering premium client experiences in a fast paced setting
