Talentmark is recruiting for a Product Definition leadto join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site-based in Motherwell.
Salary:
From 22.98 to 25.54 per hour PAYE

Salary:

Product Definition Lead Role:
- Drive the success of our product definition initiatives and guide the technical direction of complex systems.
- Manage coach and develop a team of specialised systems and requirements engineers
- Oversee and lead the product definition for technically complex POC systems
- Drive requirements engineering elicitation and thorough evaluations for completeness
- Support the engineering team with technical issue identification rapid resolution and closure.
Your Background:
- Hold a Masters or PhD in engineering life sciences or a related scientific subject.
- A proven track record of 5 or more years in requirements engineering systems engineering or product definition preferably within the medical device diagnostics or a heavily regulated industry.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a true passion for solving problems both individually and in collaborative interdisciplinary team settings.
- A high degree of flexibility proactiveness and strategic vision to steer point-of-care platforms in line with global business goals.
- Strong communication problem-solving and quick-thinking skills with a track record of translating business and clinical needs into precise requirements.
