What youll be doing:
Youll work closely with our Surveying and Facilities Management teamslearning from thebest contributing from day one and shaping the future of property services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Property Operations: Support planned works budgets compliance and maintenance
Lease & Occupier Management: Review lease terms and help ensure positiverelationships and retention.
Financial Oversight: Assist with payments arrears and client reporting
Sustainability Focus: Drive real change alongside our Sustainability Teamreducing
carbon emissions and boosting efficiency
Performance & Reporting: Analyse data prepare reports for audits and clients and
ensure accurate systems
Contractor Management: Support procurement and monitor supplier performance
Emergency Planning: Help implement site security plans and emergency responses
Property Management: Undertake the property management of a small portfolio of
properties gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of
client and tenant needs

Are a graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree or interest in property
surveying or asset management
Are proactive organised and eager to learn
Communicate clearly both in writing and face-to-face
Are passionate about sustainability technology and modern ways of working
