Job Summary
- Oversee the commercial performance of projects from start to finish.
- Develop cost forecasts cost/value reconciliations and profitability reports.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts handling payment mechanisms and change control.
- Prepare and evaluate applications for payment interim valuations and final accounts.
- Assess compensation events contractual claims and variations.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Support procurement activities and manage the supply chain.
- Negotiate subcontractor accounts and contractual issues.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
- Review and assess delays disruptions and extension of time claims.
- Provide contractual advice and prepare related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams finance procurement legal and operational departments.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction highways civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial and contract management skills.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- MRICS MCICES or working towards professional accreditation.
- Experience in highways infrastructure or public sector projects.
- Experience working on NEC contracts.
- 33.82 per hour (Umbrella)

Required Skills:
Essential Requirements Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction highways civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong commercial and contract management experience.
