As a Data Executive at EMJ you will play a proactive and analytical role supporting the management integrity and optimisation of our CRM platform (HubSpot). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in CRM data operations while developing a strong understanding of the data workflows that underpin our campaigns and business insights.
In this role the Data Executive will be instrumental in maintaining the health accuracy and usability of our database. Working closely with our Marketing team they will ensure that high-quality reliable data supports all activity and enables informed effective decision-making across the organisation.
What youll do:
Preparing cleaning and maintaining data in our CRM (HubSpot) ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
Building and updating targeted lists for internal use campaigns and reporting.
Managing data imports and exports ensuring consistency and correctness at every step.
Helping to create clear easy-to-use CRM views and dashboards to support team workflows.
Ensuring correct and consistent data input across processes and fields.
Monitoring data quality (for example duplicates missing fields inconsistent formats) and carrying out regular data hygiene tasks.
Supporting campaign activity with timely data pulls selections and updates.
Who you are:
Curious organised and keen to learn CRM systems (HubSpot and other tools).
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data tables filtering sorting and basic analysis.
Interested in understanding what makes a healthy database and how to measure data quality.
A recent graduate or early-career professional with some office experience.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and communicating data needs clearly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
An understanding of database health concepts and basic metrics.
It would be a bonus if...
Recent degree (any discipline) with demonstrable experience using Excel and analysing data.
You do not need a marketing background to succeed in this role; training and development will be provided.

Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
Working pattern:Hybrid a minimum of 3 days in the office (5 days a week in the office during probation)
