Financial Analyst, Cross Cluster

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Financial Analyst Cross Cluster located in Wokingham (Pinewood) United Kingdom.

In this crosscluster role the Financial Analyst will provide financial planning analysis and decision support across multiple commercial and operational clusters within DePuy Synthes. This position plays a critical role in translating complex financial data into clear insights that inform leadership decisions support growth initiatives and strengthen financial discipline across the organization. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders broad business visibility and the opportunity to influence performance across a diverse international portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning and analysis support across multiple clusters including budgeting forecasting and longrange planning.

• Analyze actual results versus forecast and planidentifyvariances and communicate insights and risks to business leaders.

• Develop andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate business scenarios investments and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare clear concise financial reports dashboards and presentations for crosscluster and senior leadership reviews.

• Partner with commercial supply chain and functional teams to improve financial performance and cost transparency.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingopportunities to streamline reporting forecasting and analysis processes.

• Ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with financial policies internal controls and governance requirements.

• Mentor and support more junior analysts sharing best practices and building finance capability across clusters.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics ora relatedfield (required).

• Masters degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Typically24 years of progressive experiencein financial planning analysis ora relatedfinance role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Experience supporting budgeting forecasting and performance management processes.

• Proficiencywith financial systems and advanced Excelbased analysis and modeling.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams geographies or business clusters.

• Clear communication skills including the ability to present financial information to nonfinance stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in a matrixed multinational or MedTech/healthcare environment.

• Exposure to crosscluster or regional finance support models.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement or finance transformation initiatives.

• Experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic or investment decisions.

• Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).

Other:

• Language:English (business fluent).

• Travel:Up to 1020% primarily within the region to support crosscluster collaboration.

• Certifications:Professional finance or accounting certifications (e.g. CIMA ACCA CPA) are preferred but not.
