Were recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing business during a key transition period. This is a hands-on role supporting both finance and operational teams providing valuable insight analysis and reporting to help drive business performance.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly become a trusted member of the team.

• Supporting month-end close activities and ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved

• Preparing monthly management reports and delivering meaningful financial analysis

• Reviewing P&L performance cost trends and key business performance indicators

• Supporting budgeting forecasting and planning activities

• Preparing journals accruals and other month-end accounting adjustments

• Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision making

• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial visibility

• Supporting the wider finance team during a busy and important period

• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner Management Accountant or similar role

• Experience working within a manufacturing or operational environment

• Strong month-end accounting and management reporting experience

• Ability to analyse financial information and communicate findings clearly

• Experience preparing journals accruals and balance sheet reconciliations

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Available to start at short notice and quickly add value

• Competitive salary equivalent of 40000 - 50000
