As our business continues to grow were creating an exciting brand-new role for an ambitious Executive Assistant to work alongside our Commercial Director.

What youll be doing

Youll become the Commercial Directors trusted partner helping keep a busy and growing business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a busy inbox diary and travel arrangements
• Preparing reports board packs and meeting minutes
• Tracking projects and following up actions across the business
• Supporting supplier relationships and commercial projects
• Producing quotations tenders and cost analysis
• Managing customer onboarding and coordinating internal departments
• Maintaining accurate business and product data
• Supporting logistics 3PL providers and operational activities
• Assisting with office facilities and people administration
• Taking ownership of projects and continuously improving processes

This is a genuinely varied position with significant exposure to the commercial side of a successful and ambitious business.

Were looking for someone who is:

• Bright enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicating with people at every level
• Commercially aware and keen to learn
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Positive proactive and always looking for solutions
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and Outlook

Previous Executive Assistant Personal Assistant Office Manager or senior administration experience would be advantageous but above all were looking for attitude ambition and potential.
