About the Role
In this roleyoullprovide strategic leadershipvisionand direction to the area of partnerships and performance taking responsibility for ensuring the service achieves its goals. Working alongside a wide range of senior stakeholdersyoullstrive to embed a culture of transformation empowering and developing your team to drive performance and improve toidentifyinterdependenciesto produce a range of trusted andtimelyanalysis products for operational corporatestatutoryand public users
This role fundamentally supports the improvement of outcomes for children across Birmingham. The dataintelligenceand information your team collects and analyses will underpin education strategies and innovation programmes so this is a fantastic opportunity to work on projects thatbenefityoung people and their communities. As such everything you do will be evidence based geared towards continuous improvement and compliant with data protection legislation
About You
An established professional with a degree level qualification in a relevant subjectyoullhave substantial project management experience and an excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative social research proven team leadership and management experience in designing developing and implementing information and data management systems including data collection collation analysis and reporting.
As a leaderyoullbe experienced driven creative and a passionate advocate for children and young experience of building andmaintainingeffective working relationships with awide range of colleagues stakeholders and external clear direction andobjectivesfor your team using your influencing skills to inspire empower and motivate to instil a culture that values compassion high-performance and inclusivity shaping and developing the skills of your team so thateveryperson can get the most from their isa great opportunityto use your skills and experience to ensuretimelyand trusted evidence is central to improvements we are delivering for Birmingham families.
