Earnings
You will earn 70% of the fees generated. Based on an average fee of 6000 you will earn 4200 per transaction. So just two completions per month will generate 8400 per month (100000 per year)
The Role
You will be running your own business with our support and guidance.
- Generating leads
- Conducting market appraisal with potential sellers
- Listing and marketing properties
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Overseeing the transaction through to completion
