Day Rate: 600-700 per day

Ready to lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in a complex public sector environment As an ERP Business Change Lead you will sit at the heart of an organisation-wide ERP transformation driving the people process and cultural change required to deliver lasting business outcomes. Reporting into the Head of Transformation & Change you will influence senior leaders shape future operating models and lead a network of over 100 Change Champions ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to embrace new ways of working across Finance Procurement HR and Payroll.

This is far more than a technology implementation. It is an opportunity to lead strategic organisational change workforce transition planning and business readiness activity that will have a lasting impact across multiple services and stakeholders.

Your Role as ERP Business Change Lead

Lead the overall business change workstream developing and delivering the Business Change Strategy and Roadmap
Drive Change Impact Assessments organisational readiness and future operating model transition planning
Build and maintain senior stakeholder engagement including executive leaders functional leads and workforce representatives
Establish business readiness frameworks dashboards reporting and go-live readiness assessments
Deliver sustainable adoption benefits realisation and long-term embedding of new ways of working

Your Previous Experience as an ERP Business Change Lead

Proven track record leading business change within large-scale ERP transformation programmes
Significant experience across Finance Procurement HR and Payroll transformation environments
Strong background in organisational design target operating models and workforce transition planning
Exceptional stakeholder management facilitation and leadership skills including experience influencing at senior level
Experience developing change champion networks readiness frameworks and adoption measurement approaches
