As a Duty Manager youll be at the heart of our centres day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours. The Olympiad Leisure Centre is a large facility with lots of events we are looking for someone who thrives when things get busy.
Were looking for someone who brings innovation energy and strong leadership skills to the table especially when it comes to solving complex customer and facility issues.
Dont have the UKs National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) yet No worries! Well support you in obtaining it within three months through a course run by the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS).
